After departing from the lodge, we embark on a scenic 7-hour journey (with breaks) to reach Lake Naivasha, where we'll check in at the resort by late afternoon. Lake Naivasha, a sprawling freshwater lake spanning nearly 13 km and 5 meters deep, is renowned for its abundant birdlife, making it a popular birding haven. The lake also attracts various wildlife, and an evening boat ride offers sightings of hippos, pelicans, cormorants, fish eagles, and other avian species.
