Troy & Gallipoli

The ancient ruins of Troy date back over 4,000 years, making it one of the most significant archaeological sites in the world. The site features layers of multiple ancient cities, the legendary Trojan Horse, and remnants of fortified walls. In contrast, Gallipoli is known for its pivotal role in World War I, where Allied and Ottoman forces clashed in a brutal battle. History

Troy was first settled around 3000 BC and became famous due to Homer’s "Iliad," which describes the legendary Trojan War between the Greeks and Trojans. The site was rediscovered in the 19th century by archaeologist Heinrich Schliemann. Meanwhile, Gallipoli was the site of one of the most intense battles of World War I (1915-1916), where thousands of Turkish, Australian, and New Zealand soldiers lost their lives.
