On day two, explore Cape Town with a half-day tour. Weather permitting, ascend Table Mountain and return via the Malay Quarter. After enjoying whale watching in Cape Town the previous day, on day 9 you'll travel to Port Elizabeth. En route via Plettenberg Bay, soak in the natural splendor of South Africa. Stop at Tsitsikamma National Park, derived from the Khoisan term meaning 'a place of much water'. Its 49-mile rocky coastline features breathtaking sea views and deep river gorges amidst dense forests. Explore the park's mountainous terrain and secluded valleys blanketed in mountain fynbos. Afterwards, proceed to Port Elizabeth. Enjoy a leisurely evening after checking in, followed by an overnight stay.

Today, take the opportunity to explore the city of Port Elizabeth.
