Day 1
Upon arrival in Antananarivo, our guide will escort you to your hotel. Spend your first day exploring Madagascar's lively capital. Known for its bustling markets and picturesque setting resembling Mediterranean hill towns, Antananarivo offers a variety of goods and lively haggling scenes. Discover ancient architectural sites amidst the city's vibrant atmosphere. Enjoy an overnight stay in Antananarivo.
Day 2
The following morning commences with an early journey towards Andasibe National Park, formerly known as Perinet, occupying the next day and a half of the tour. Along the way to the park, a stopover at a local museum specializing in reptiles and chameleons offers excellent photo opportunities, allowing you to capture various angles in a controlled setting. This sets the stage for deeper exploration techniques within the park itself. After a full day's excursion, the evening is dedicated to rest, with accommodation provided at a hotel within the park.
Day 3
The Andasibe National Park, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007, spans 150 square kilometers of lush forest. Home to eleven lemur species, including the melodic Indri, renowned for its early morning calls, it offers an unparalleled lemur safari experience in Madagascar. Discover diverse bird and reptile species ideal for wildlife photography, experimenting with techniques like slow shutter speeds and lighting. End the day with photo editing tips before an overnight stay within the park.
Day 4
The tour's fourth day commences with an early morning journey to Antsirabe, a scenic drive lasting approximately seven hours with a planned lunch break along the way. Antsirabe, famed for its mild climate, blends European and Malagasy architecture. As Madagascar's third-largest town, it exudes tranquility and offers picturesque opportunities for street and people photography, especially at its vibrant marketplaces and amidst colorful rickshaws under natural light. The day concludes with an overnight stay in Antsirabe.
Day 5
After starting the day with an early breakfast, we embark on a four-hour drive to Ranomafana National Park. Today's photography tour focuses on Madagascar’s stunning rice terraces, offering opportunities to learn and experiment with landscape photography. While a tripod is often suggested, it's not always essential for exploring photography techniques. Upon arrival, accommodation near Ranomafana is arranged. You can explore the park, visit the thermal baths, or simply unwind. The night will be spent in Ranomafana.
Day 6
The day will be dedicated to discovering the diverse wildlife within the park. Known for its subtropical climate and rich flora, Ranomafana National Park boasts over a hundred bird species, seventy amphibian species, and nearly thirteen lemur species. Keep an eye out for the greater bamboo lemur, golden bamboo lemur, and brown lemurs among others. After a full day of exploration, accommodation for the night is arranged near Ranomafana.
Day 7
The day starts with an early morning journey to Isalo National Park, one of Madagascar's most popular parks. Spanning over 80,000 hectares of eroded Jurassic sandstone, the park features grasslands, woodlands, streams, and deep canyons. Home to six lemur species and diverse birdlife, Isalo's stunning landscapes provide ample opportunities for storytelling through photography. This tour emphasizes narrative photography, encouraging you to capture interconnected moments that weave a compelling visual tale. Overnight accommodation is arranged in Isalo.
Day 8
Continue your journey through Isalo Park, delving deeper into its woodlands to observe wildlife up close. Capture moments throughout the photography session to weave a compelling narrative through your images. Day 9
Continuing the exploration of Isalo Park, today includes a stay at Isalo Ranch. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the ranch's pool and indulge in an outdoor lunch. Tonight's accommodation is at the ranch.

Today starts with a delightful journey to Ifaty, near the Indian Ocean. Upon arrival, settle into your beachside bungalow accommodation. The afternoon is yours to enjoy leisurely, relaxing on Ifaty’s beautiful beaches. Overnight stay in Ifaty.
Day 11
Ifaty, a serene and charming destination, offers the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. The following day will be dedicated to discovering the city and its top attractions.
Day 12
The day starts with a journey back to Antananarivo. Take some time to explore the vibrant handicraft markets and collect colorful souvenirs before settling in for the night.
Day 13
The tour concludes today with a departure flight from the Antananarivo airport.
